Welcome to the Vintage Soul Tribe! 

We're so happy you're here. We know you may have questions, and hopefully these FAQ's will provide the answers you're looking for!  

  • What is Porch Pick-up?
    • We offer 'porch pick-up' to our locals who want to swing by and pick-up their order, at their convenience, at our brick and mortar store.  Please know that the pick-up location is in Dripping Springs, TX
  • Can I change my method of payment after my order is submitted?
    • Unfortunately, no.  As a protection to our customers, and our company, we do not allow any manipulation to forms of payment once an order is placed.  If you need to change your method of payment regardless, please cancel your order and place a new one with the form of payment that works best for you. 
  • Can I change my order from Shipping to PPU?
    • Absolutely!  Please contact us via email: returns@vintagesoultx.com and let us know as soon as possible.  However, please know that our shipping department is extremely fast and sometimes orders have shipped within hours of being placed. If your package has already been picked up by UPS or USPS we're unable to change it to PPU.
  • Can you hold products for me?
    • Unfortunately we're unable to hold products for our customers.  We have limited stock in our pieces, and simply can't accommodate this request. If you have your eye on something, we suggest getting it while it's in stock.
  • Can you help me with a return?
    • Absolutely! We offer returns on items purchased within the last 14 days, that are still in new condition and have not been worn, washed, or otherwise altered. Please contact us via email: returns@vintagesoultx.com and we will get a return started.  Please note, your refund will be issued as a store credit.  Additionally, we do not offer returns on 'final sale' items. 
  • Can you do an exchange for me?
    • We're happy to help with exchanges in our store at 302 Mercer in downtown Dripping Springs, TX for any items within the 14 day window, and for those that still have stock available.  However, we're unable to facilitate exchanges for online orders.  If you'd like a different size in something, please start a return for the size that doesn't work, and place an order for the size you'd like. 
  • I have my items in the cart, but I can't check out for some reason?
    • Most likely you have an item in your cart that is unavailable for shipping. We try to make as many of our products available for shipping as possible; however, if we can't guarantee that it will show up in the same condition as we sent it, we just can't do it. If you take the non-shippable item(s) out of your cart (usually straw hats and candles) the order should go through. 
  • Can you help me with my gift card?
    • Absolutely!  Our gift cards/store credit do not expire, and can be used at anytime.  If you're unable to locate your gift card, or are having trouble with entering the exact code on it, please reach out to us via email: returns@vintagesoultx.com and we will help you out!
